When we began to plan for this new, third location, we knew that it had to be special in a way that our other two locations (in Parker and Castle Rock) were not. Don’t get us wrong, we love our Parker and Castle Rock locations and both of them will always hold a special place in our collective heart. But, the Highlands Ranch location had to have its own unique trait, that which had not be seen in Parker and Castle Rock. Something grand and billowing of excellence and oozing of creativity.
Yeah, this location needed a different angle that would fit neatly into the community of Highlands Ranch. After some thought and research, we thought it best to make our new Parry’s Pizzeria & Bar a mecca for micro brew enthusiasts. I mean, it’s a no-brainer, right? Colorado is amongst the nation’s tops when it comes to micro brews and that comes with a huge demographic of people that need a great outlet to consume their favorite drafts. This would be the perfect opportunity to bring a venue hosting a plethora of great craft brews to an area that literally has nothing like this within a 20 - 25 minute drive north. Now, we love Colorado, but we didn’t close the doors to some of the more well-known breweries that lie outside of our own great state’s borders.
We have worked long and hard to get product from breweries outside of Colorado like Russian River, Dogfish Head, Jolly Pumpkin, Bear Republic, Ommegang, Port, The Bruery and many others. Given the fact that we will have 50 taps pouring some great brews from all over the U.S., we expect to host a lot of the south suburban beer snobs and aspiring beer snobs in our new digs. Don’t even get us started on the new digs. There are plenty of pictures in previous Tumblr posts (http://parryspizza.tumblr.com/post/12837940924/parrys-pizzeria-bar-progress) of our new location and we are totally stoked.
We will be posting some dates in the very near future as to grand opening festivities, tap takeover nights and other special events in the very near future. Do stay tuned and if you like, follow us on Facebook and Twitter, too.
We look forward to meeting the south suburban masses, very soon. Do stay tuned. We’ve got a lot more to announce.
